The finest Hebridean salmon, cured for much longer than usual using our unique blend of ingredients, and then smoked using chipped whisky barrels from some of Scotland's finest distilleries. This makes our Isle of Skye smoked salmon, suffused with the soft smoky fragrances of oak, finest whisky, plus a hint of the exotic flavours of Jerez and Oporto, truly unique.

Sleek Shetland salmon, cured by a very traditional method, then smoked in our decades old, purpose built brick kiln in the shadow of Ben Nevis until they are suffused with the heady aromas of oak steeped in finest whisky. We can therefore offer you a truly special flavour that only our chipped whisky barrel smoking gives.

Freshly caught salmon is buttered with our special marinade of fresh dill, sea salt, crushed black pepper, sticky dark sugar and finest brandy. The prepared fillet is then pressed for two days to allow the delicious flavours to infuse and interweave.

These langoustines are creel caught by local fishermen in Loch Linnhe and off the coast of Skye. Fresh and of the highest quality, our west coast langoustines are one of the most popular dishes on our restaurant menu.

All of our langoustines are cooked and ready to serve. They can be frozen and reheated in boiling water. Langoustines are subject to availability, dependent on local weather conditions.

Deliveries take place Tuesday to Friday. For mainland UK the delivery charge is £8.95 per delivery address, to a maximum delivery weight of 25kg of product. Products are packaged in chilled polystyrene containers, and dispatched using a next day delivery service for mainland UK. For Northern Ireland and islands off the coast of mainland UK deliveries may take an extra day and an additional charge may apply, this will be confirmed once the order had been received.
