Demand for our naturally smoked undyed product has been so great that in 1998 a self contained smokehouse was opened where hand preparation and slicing is still a key feature. Consumers accessing our product through Restaurants and Hotels, our factory shop and word of mouth increased the demand for a mail order service and the result is our web site/on line shop launched in 2000.

Our client list contains some of the top establishments in the country including: The Bagel Company, Harrods, Skibo castle, Gleneagles, The Embassy Club, Valvona and Crolla, The Three Chimneys and the Royal Scotsman. Location - Isle of Skye Smokehouse Once over the Skye Bridge, head north on the A87 (towards Portree) for about 7 miles until you reach Broadford. Pass though Broadford almost completely and on the right-hand side is a turning to the Industrial Estate, signposted to Isle of Skye Smokehouse. Follow the fish signs, you cannot miss us.
